Selecting MOSFET Models: LEVEL 47-62

The MOSFET models described in this chapter are the most currently developed and widely used models. Star-Hspice has introduced LEVELs that are compatible with models developed by Berkeley, The University of Florida, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and others.
