Using JFET and MESFET Models

Star-Hspice contains three JFET/MESFET DC model levels. The same basic equations are used for both gallium arsenide MESFETs and silicon-based JFETs. This is possible because special materials definition parameters are included in these models. These models are also useful in modeling indium phosphide MESFETs.
