Tabular RLGC Model for W Element

A new tabular RLGC model is a useful extension of the analytical RLGC model as it allows users to model arbitrary frequency-dependent behavior of transmission lines (RC lines are still not supported.)

W Element Syntax for a Tabular RLGC Model

The W Element syntax is extended to allow the specification of a table model given via a .MODEL statement of type w. The .MODEL statement can refer to .MODEL statements (described in the S-parameter section above) which contain the actual table data for the RLGC matrices.

Upper-cased variable: Matrix quantity
