 如果说航空发动机是“工业之花”,那么超大型燃气轮机就是“皇冠上的明珠”。

重型燃气轮机是21世纪动力设备的核心,燃气轮机技术是目前世界公认标志国家工业基础先进程度的关键技术。而超大型燃气轮机公认是最难制造的机械装备,但这对于世界三大动力巨头(通用电气、西门子、三菱)之一的西门子来说,则是每天原本就在做的事。

西门子SGT5-8000H超级燃气轮机是世界最大的燃气轮机,重390吨(相当于一架加满油的空客A380),长13.1米,宽4.9米,高4.9米,功率为375MW(相当于13架空客A380引擎功率的总和,或者尼迷兹号航母总功率194MW的近两倍)。1台SGT5-8000H的发电量,足够1个工业化大城市用电量。


 

西门子SGT5-8000H超重型燃气轮机的涡轮叶片,要承受超过1500°C的高温,超过了GE90涡扇航空发动机与F404喷气发动机的涡轮进口温度。由于涡轮叶片叶尖转速超过1700公里/小时,巨大的离心力使每个刀片一端接触到的10,000倍地球的引力。叶片不能有任何瑕疵,误差仅为几十微米,否则就算报废。因此有说法是一片叶片等价于一辆宝马。


 

西门子使用镍合金来制作轮机叶片,因为镍合金能够在负荷的方向上固化成单晶体,不易破裂。此外,有一个双层阻热涂层能够起到隔热作用。叶片的风冷特性也被优化了。开发人员还优化了叶片外形,减少了压缩机叶片尖端的涡流造成的损耗。为实现这点,他们模拟了压缩机内部的三维流体力学——对计算机模拟而言这是极具挑战的。


 


 

精心组装

SGT5-8000H结合了当今最好产品线特点和科技成果,是目前西门子燃机的“当家花旦”,首台机于2011年7月投入商业运行。

实际上,早在2004年,西门子就已经完成了该产品的研发。2007年经过一系列严格测试的首台产品,即原型机就已出厂。

但是,身为严谨的德国人,怎么会急于轻易交付产品呢?他们罔顾市场计划和成本,将这台跟一架加满油的空客一样重的大家伙,辗转运到了1500公里外的巴伐利亚。一路途径哈维尔河的各条运河、莱茵河、多瑙河,凯尔海姆运河,最后再由一辆卡车装载运输了40公里,终于抵达了Irsching第4区发电厂。 break-word="">

 

在Irsching 4发电厂,西门子对SGT5-8000H的原型机进行了18个月的测试运行,在真实的电厂运行环境中严格验证产品性能。正是在这家电厂,该机组实现了60.75%的超高净效率。

2010年4月中国采购的一台西门子SGT5-2000E燃气轮机。SGT5-2000E、SGT5-4000F是西门子与合作伙伴上海电气在中国销售的主要燃气轮机产品,通过与上海电气的合作,已基本实现了在中国的本地化生产。
